Reflection at Bude Harbour sunset
Reflection at Bude’s Harbour sunset
I always miss the scent of the ocean breeze when I am away. The welcoming salty air at Bude surrounds and welcomes you.
Earlier that day I was with my sons adventuring around the rocks in search for crabs, and other exciting ocean wild life to look at, we were all enjoying a warm evening with the sound of the ocean and seagulls in the distance.
Returning home so the boys could get to bed, I collected my camera equipment, and set off back down to the Bude beach in time for the golden hour. Feeling very grateful for this beautiful little seaside town that I am lucky to call my home.
As I passed the boats resting on the sand, the vibrant colours of the sun painting the sides of them lightly, the sea air and the warm evening was just perfect.
One of the last boats I came to, closest to the ocean was surrounded in a shallow pool, casting a total mirror reflection. A mesmerising view indeed, I just had to save this moment to share with you all.
