Dartmeet is a true Dartmoor location as you really feel fully embraced by Mother Nature on Dartmoor here. The granite rock peppers and shapes the river, with luscious green trees towering over. Golden light casting in on to the River Dart at the western end. It was a stunning Dartmoor afternoon that I was lucky enough to capture, and a memory to treasure.

Dartmeet is a popular tourist spot in the centre of Dartmoor, Devon. The name Dartmeet neatly sums up this hamlet, as East and West Dart rivers meet. There are two bridges; the Clapper bridge, and the current road bridge, built in 1792.
